Our Story

Merrymac is a first generation Christmas Tree farm, owned and operated by the Gagnon family, in the town of Merrimack, New Hampshire. Our goal is to share our love for nature and the Christmas spirit with others to create lasting memories with friends and family.

Derek comes from a long line of family farms in Quebec and in New England. Vanessa’s favorite holiday is Christmas because it brings friends and family together. It has been a long standing dream of ours to create something that has a positive impact in our community. Our first Christmas trees were planted in the spring of 2021 and will be ready for harvest in about 6 to 7 years. In the meantime, we have partnered with local growers to source premium precut trees, which will allow us to serve and support you while our trees grow.

Merrymac Christmas Tree Farm is committed to growing non-invasive exotic conifers and providing high quality Christmas Trees while only using environmentally responsible practices to improve biodiversity and wildlife habitat preservation.
